With over 28 years industry experience and a broad base of real estate, title insurance and corporate relocation, Heather Hagerty established H&H Settlement Services, LLC in 2014.

Heather was a magna cum laude graduate of Holy Family University. She served as manager and head paralegal for a prominent Philadelphia law firm for 14 years, where her primary focus was handling a large volume of real state closings for corporate relocation clients. She is extremely knowledgeable in the relocation process, including preparing and amending agreements, negotiating contracts and closing real estate transactions. A seasoned title insurance professional, Heather co-founded a Glenside title company in 2007 and later became a managing partner in an independent title agency.

Heather and her husband, Dennis, reside in Glenside with their two teenage sons and Maggie, a bichon mix they adopted from the SPCA. Heather and Dennis are passionate supporters of the Glenside community, including Kevin from Heaven Foundation, St. Luke the Evangelist, Roman Catholic High School and Bike MS.
